John C. Metz is Founder of RREMC, a company composed of a restaurant group, a hotel group, and a real estate group. The restaurant group consists of 36 Denny's restaurants with more than 1800 employees. Additionally, he has been involved in joint ventures such as Capone's Trattoria restaurants. He has been a Bennigan's franchisee, and was President of Roadhouse Grill and Hops Grillhouse and Brewery. He was a franchisee of Dairy Queen and a franchisee of Old Chicago restaurants. His hotel group consists of a Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites. The real estate group includes several single-tenant retail properties. He is a licensed general contractor and real estate salesperson. John also is Chair and CEO of Hurricane AMT, and was the franchisor of Hurricane Grill and Wings. John has become known as one of the most respected and prosperous franchisor/franchisees in the hospitality and restaurant industries.
